Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid software products, subscriptions, and services provided by djumla GmbH ("Joomtastic"). Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"), which acts as Merchant of Record for all transactions.

2. Consumer Rights (EU/UK Customers)

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you have the right to request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase without providing any reason. This right is granted in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and Paddle’s buyer terms.

To exercise your right to a refund, you must submit your request via Paddle using the link provided in your purchase confirmation email. All refunds are processed by Paddle.

3. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

By purchasing digital products, you expressly agree that the performance of the contract may begin immediately after purchase. You acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully delivered, where applicable and legally permitted.

4. Business Customers (B2B)

If you are purchasing as a business customer, statutory consumer protection rights (including withdrawal rights) may not apply. However, due to Paddle acting as Merchant of Record, certain consumer rights may still be granted depending on the transaction classification.

5. Refunds After the 14-Day Period

After the 14-day refund period has expired, refunds are generally not granted. In particular, refunds are excluded if the service has been used. Usage includes, but is not limited to:

  • Downloading or installing the software
  • Accessing updates or extensions
  • Activating or using a license key
  • Using support services (e.g. submitting support tickets)

6. Subscription Renewals

Refunds for subscription renewals are not guaranteed after the 14-day period. If a renewal has occurred, you may request a refund within 14 days of the renewal date via Paddle. After this period, refunds are at our discretion.

7. Third-Party Services

Our software may enable the use of third-party services (e.g. external APIs). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or costs of such services. Refunds based on third-party issues are excluded after the initial 14-day refund period.

8. Discretionary Refunds

Notwithstanding the above, Joomtastic may grant refunds in exceptional cases at its sole discretion. There is no entitlement to such refunds.

This Refund Policy forms an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions.
